With this expansion, care team members at inpatient and post-care organizations can use ZynxCarebook to securely exchange messages and share assessments on the same patient's condition, streamline care transitions to other care settings, and improve clinical outcomes using Android as well as iOS mobile devices.

Positive results were also measured within care teams: Seventy percent of users reported that they could "easily or efficiently contact all members of a patient's care team to notify them about changes to the discharge plans."
