Flint residents and legal team to announce two new class-action suits filed against Gov. Snyder, MDEQ, MDHSS and other current and former state and county officials. The complaints were filed with the Michigan Court of Claims and Genesee County's 7th Judicial Circuit Court. Both lawsuits are related to the personal injury and physical damages caused by lead-tainted public water in Flint. Legal team and lead plaintiffs will be available to comment on these lawsuits and others filed as a result of Flint water crisis.
