10Bridge Announces Achievement of a Major Deployment Milestone within the Accountable Care Market

CARROLLTON, Ga., March 27, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- 10Bridge, 121G Consulting's data interoperability subsidiary, is proud to announce a major milestone achievement with one of the nation's largest Accountable Care management organizations, enabling the integrated expansion of 10Bridge's AI-enabled interoperability service within its partner's ACO community. This deployment milestone will facilitate expanded data integration across its ACO participating providers, accelerate required quality outcomes reporting, and aggregate data management and analytics across the ACO partner's value-based care initiatives.

This deployment milestone comes as the Accountable Care partner expands 10Bridge's system integration coverage to capture a comprehensive patient healthcare panel essential for QRDA reporting of quality measurement data. With 10Bridge, the ACO partner can access consented patient data, generate dashboards, and track various care gap metrics, including in- and out-of-network utilization, post-acute care, clinical episode data, and risk-adjusted factor (RAF) scores. This data integration supports the ACO partner's mission to improve patient outcomes and close care gaps while maximizing shared savings opportunities.
