In the Full Disclosure Network video news report, Mr. Alexiev reveals details of how the California Solar Valley Ranch (CSVR) was purchased by French Oil Corporation "Total," from the U.S. Corporation SunPower, while on the brink of bankruptcy. The initial project approved by San Luis Obispo Board of Supervisors, was described as a job stimulus program, but according to Alexiev, all of the solar panels are slated to be produced in Mexico.  Alexiev describes the 12, low level permanent jobs that will be generated within San Luis Obispo County will result in a cost of $100 million per job to the taxpayers.

Energy Subsidies & Solar Mandates Doom The Economy
According to Alexiev, in addition to the twelve new permanent jobs, he says the major impact of the project will be the huge anticipated increases in energy costs to consumers, businesses and industries.  Pacific Gas and Electric who is providing energy to the area, has agreed to pay fifty percent above the market price to CSVR in a government mandated, long-term contract.
