121G Launches HealthCoach, its AI-based chronic care management training and quality assurance platform

CARROLLTON, Ga., April 1, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- 121G Consulting proudly announces the release of its AI-based patient encounter care training and quality assurance platform, called HealthCoach, which aids care management organizations to increase patient engagement, enhance level of care and ensure compliance with quality standards.

For groups providing telehealth services to patients with chronic conditions, HealthCoach supports two critical applications. First, through AI-enabled simulated patient encounters, including voice interaction, HealthCoach trains caregivers to follow prescribed care protocols while calibrating their style of care for individual patient personalities and challenges. HealthCoach's simulated patient panel includes patients with many different medical conditions, personalities and challenges with which caregivers virtually interact, practice their care protocols and hone their interpersonal skills. Upon completion of each simulated patient encounter, HealthCoach scores the encounter against prescribed metrics and provides improvement guidance directly to the training caregiver. 

Secondarily, HealthCoach "listens" to quality control recordings of actual patient encounters and scores each encounter as measured against medically mandated quality metrics. Caregiver quality scores are then captured and aggregated for individual and group care compliance reporting.
