Launched in 2020, 1WorldSync's product content resource center and peer-to-peer discussion forum connects retailers, distributors, and brands

The 1WorldSync Community is a one-stop resource center and peer-to-peer discussion forum connecting brands with their retailer and distributor partners. It also empowers successful product content strategies via education, training, and support from 1WorldSync experts.

Activity on the 1WorldSync Community has grown significantly since its launch in 2020, with average monthly traffic growing 56% in 2023 and 2024 over the previous two years. The platform also excels at matching users with resolutions to common product content management inquiries. According to a report from the global community platform provider Khoros, across 14,000-plus searches for content in 2023 and 2024, Community users found their answer 97% of the time. The most commonly used categories across the platform include brand-to-retailer syndication, product content training topics, and 1WorldSync platform tutorials and FAQs.

Distributors such as UNFI and McLane are among the many content recipients who leverage the Community and encourage their customers to do so, as well.
