Customers rated their vendor and the solution in five specific areas: staff, organization, functionality, technology, and overall satisfaction. The categories included: agent connectivity, agent portal, claims, document management, financials, life policy administration systems, p&c policy administration systems, reinsurance administration, service, and other.
