Zhengfen Zhang is the co-founder & CEO of StepLend, the only cross-border P2P lending platform for both Hong Kong and mainland China. She has seven years' experience in investment banking industry in Paris, Hong Kong and Shanghai. She worked in asset management and interest rate derivatives structuring at BNP Paribas and Societe Generale.
