410 Medical Closes $3.3 Million Initial Investment in Series A Financing
Company Expands LifeFlow® Commercialization
DURHAM, N.C., March 23, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- 410 Medical, Inc., a medical device company focused on developing innovative technologies for the resuscitation of critically ill patients, today announced it has closed an initial investment of $3.3 million as part of its Series A financing led by Bios Partners, a private equity firm based in Fort Worth, Texas. Last month, 410 Medical officially launched the LifeFlow® Rapid Infuser, an intuitive device that allows for the rapid delivery of fluids for patients with sepsis or other critical conditions.

The Company conducted a limited market release of LifeFlow in November 2016 through an early evaluation program, which yielded extremely positive results and feedback. Based on the success of this program, 410 Medical is expanding LifeFlow's release to hospitals and emergency medical services (EMS) organizations nationwide.
