5 Tips to help your business reach peak performance in Q4

1. Create your holiday production plan in October.  Understand your logistics providers' schedules and create your work schedules.  Getting this information together early will help you plan your resources and help your customers and vendors plan their schedules.
2. Stress test your systems.  Have your systems experienced the volumes expected in Q4?  If not, make sure you simulate a high-volume day and test from beginning to end to expose any issues that may arise during live production.

4.
