NEW YORK, April 8, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- 5W Public Relations, one of the 15 largest independently-owned PR firms in the U.S., is pleased to announce the rollout of the 5W University Training Program, designed to deliver new learnings, enhanced skills and provide personal development to all employees.
The 2019 program, which will occur between April 1 and December 31, will have a required amount of courses (half mandatory, half electives) based on employee level.

Course topics will include focuses on writing, crisis communications, HR, social media, digital strategies, and pitching. Additionally, 5W University will also provide extensions of the company's Power Series, an internal program to foster the education and inspiration of employees by meeting with CEO and Founder Ronn Torossian.

Several of the 5W University courses will be led by senior employees, which will provide employees the opportunity to not only learn about the subject but gain a greater understanding of how to become successful in PR.
