Mattorano will focus on servicing local clients and growing 8020 in the region

Mattorano will be instrumental in establishing the 8020 brand in the market by building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for the company's expert consultants. He'll also partner with local associations to develop strategic marketplace collaborations that cater to area finance and accounting leaders.

Mattorano has over two decades of experience helping companies drive enterprise value and improve operational performance across a wide range of industries including healthcare, staffing, manufacturing, retail, and consumer products. He has served as a CFO, led finance and accounting functions, executed large-scale technology implementations, and managed complex business transformations. Mattorano has worked as both an operator and an advisor, giving him a unique perspective on what clients need, and how to align the right people and processes to efficiently meet those needs. He holds an B.A. in Accounting and an M.S. in Finance from Texas A&M. He started his career in Audit at Arthur Andersen before moving to KPMG, where he worked in transaction advisory and restructuring prior to moving into industry, where he served in a variety of leadership roles, including CFO.
