A. Stucki Company Announces Appointment of John O'Bryan as CEO
PITTSBURGH, Pa., May 17, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- A. Stucki Company, a leading rail industry supplier, today announced that its Board of Directors appointed John O'Bryan as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. O'Bryan will succeed long-time CEO, Bill Kiefer, who had led the Company since 2003 and recently retired. Mr. Kiefer will continue to serve on the Stucki's Board of Directors.
In the intervening period, David Brown served as the Interim CEO and will continue to serve as the Company's CFO. Stucki is a subsidiary of Stone Canyon Industries Holdings LLC.

Mr. O'Bryan has helped lead private and publicly traded rail companies for over 20 years. Most recently, he supported the purchase and integration of ARI Manufacturing by The Greenbrier Companies and had served as the President and CEO of American Railcar Industries. Prior to that, he served as President and CEO of American Railcar Leasing and President of Mitsui Rail Capital.
Mr. O'Bryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Jacksonville University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of North Florida.
