GREENVILLE, N.C., Oct. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- A Wireless, an Exclusive Premium Retailer for Verizon Wireless, has announced today the acquisition of eight Verizon Wireless retail kiosks housed in home appliance and electronics megastore P.C. Richard & Son.  As the first Store-in-Store kiosks for A Wireless, the locations represent an exciting opportunity for the 64-store retail chain to serve their loyal customer base in previously uncharted space. P.C. Richard & Son customers will now be able to buy A Wireless' advanced wireless devices and explore unbeatable service plans while shopping for electronics and appliances without ever leaving the store. The new A Wireless kiosks are operating within the following P.C. Richard & Son locations:

• 2420 Cottman Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19149

These locations will be open Monday-Friday from 10:00am – 9:30pm, Saturday from 9:00am – 9:00pm and on Sunday from 10:00am – 7:00pm.

The A Wireless store-in-store kiosks will function as full scale retail operations, offering the same level of service and selection of products that customers have come to expect of A Wireless stores. Knowledgeable, trained sales counselors will be available to educate customers on the newest in Verizon's wireless technology and service; helping them choose the best wireless solutions to meet their needs.  Featured product lines will include, but will not be limited to:  the latest Droid X family of phones, a variety of smartphones by Blackberry®, and high-capability devices from Samsung® and LG®.   Designed with the end user in mind, the kiosks will feature a dock that allows testing of  the bestselling wireless devices, as well as an accessories display to aid customer in choosing chargers, Bluetooth® headsets, and other add-ons for their phones. Conference areas will also be available for customers to meet with the qualified sales consultants about their wireless needs.
