Unlike other expense report offerings, users do not "key" information into mobile devices or computers.  With ABUKAI Expenses, capturing and recording expenses is a simple two-step process: customers simply take pictures of their receipts while on the road or in the office using the camera function on their Verizon Wireless smartphones.  Once all of the receipts have been captured, customers push "Submit" in the application, and ABUKAI automatically creates their expense reports – complete with cost categorization, date, vendor and other required information.  In addition, a PDF document with copies of the receipt images is provided with each report.  

For corporate account customers, ABUKAI offers the option to customize the expense report output based on customers' existing format or to input expense data directly into existing expense management or accounting systems.

V CAST Apps, available on select Android™ smartphones and BlackBerry® devices, including ThunderBolt™ by HTC, DROID PRO by Motorola and Samsung Fascinate™, delivers thousands of apps, games and more to Verizon Wireless customers.  V CAST Apps lets customers discover, purchase and use apps with a simple one-click process and offers the ease and convenience of direct billing – apps purchased are invoiced on customers' monthly Verizon Wireless bills.

Verizon Wireless customers with V CAST Apps on their device can download ABUKAI Expenses from V CAST Apps in the Business Apps channel under the Finance subcategory.  There is no charge for downloading ABUKAI Expenses application or for the first three expense reports each consisting of 10 expense items or fewer.  Additional individual account and corporate account options are available through ABUKAI at http://abukai.com/buy.  Download charges vary and airtime or megabyte charges may apply when browsing, downloading and using certain applications.
