ACCO Brands Introduces Wilson Jones® Ultra Duty & Heavy Duty Binders

LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill., May 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Wilson Jones®, a unit of ACCO Brands and the inventor of the three ring binder, is proud to be celebrating 120 years of American manufacturing. This milestone comes in conjunction with the launch of two new product lines: Ultra Duty Binders and Heavy Duty Binders. Produced in ACCO Brands' Booneville, MS, Ogdensburg, NY and Ontario, CA manufacturing facilities, these new binders are notably more stylish, durable and guaranteed to last. 

The Wilson Jones team conducted in-depth research to determine how people organize, understand how binders are used, and reinvent this tried-and-true accessory to match the modern individual's preferences. As a result, we crafted new eye-catching colors and improved the durability of our binders to the point of being able to guarantee their performance.

Over the past five years ACCO Brands has also made significant investments in improving all three of our U.S. binder manufacturing facilities to continuously support the creation of new jobs and increase output capacity. In addition to purchasing new equipment in every location the organization completely renovated its flagship manufacturing plant in Booneville, MS. ACCO Brands has also strived to work with an increasingly domestic supplier base. Approximately 65% of all raw materials used in Wilson Jones binders are made in the United States.
