AccuReg Brings Thought Leadership to 2017 Annual NAHAM Conference, April 25-28

Mr. Shorrosh helped to develop the NAHAM AccessKeys®, the key performance indicators that measure the Patient Access performance, and will be explaining at the NAHAM Conference how they can be used to benchmark the Patient Experience, POS Collections effectiveness, and improve the front-end revenue cycle model.

Mr. Spires was asked by the NAHAM Certification Committee to help re-write the Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) Study Guide and exam questions. This certification provides the front-line patient access staff with continuing education and acknowledgment of the critical role they play in creating the patient experience.
