Accuvant to Present at Black Hat Las Vegas 2010 Conference

• On Tuesday, July 27 at 11:50 a.m., Accuvant LABS Director Jon Miller will speak on a panel comprised of researchers and corporate executives, including Cisco, Microsoft and Google. This executive briefing session will discuss some of the highest profile vulnerabilities being released during the conference, as well as the impact of vulnerabilities today versus the long term.
• On Thursday, July 29 at 1:45 p.m., Accuvant LABS Chief Research Scientist Ryan Smith will present a paper titled "Defenseless in Depth". During this briefing, Smith will examine the effectiveness of implementing layers of security controls at various logical and physical tiers within an organization from a researcher's perspective, as well as original vulnerability research.
