The hiring event will feature opportunities for the following key positions:

• Mortgage Loan Officer
  • Ideal candidates will possess two or more years of mortgage sales experience, with a preference for at least one year in a high-volume, phone-based environment.
  • An active NMLS license or the ability to reactivate one, and successful completion of the SAFE exam are required.
  • Immediate need: Experienced Mortgage Loan Officers are encouraged to attend and learn more about our competitive commission structure and growth opportunities.
• Inside Sales Representative - Debt Consultant
  • Applicants should have two or more years of recent inside sales experience, preferably with at least one year in a high-volume, phone-based setting and experience in consultative sales.
• Inside Sales Representative - Loan Consultant
  • This role requires three or more years of recent inside sales experience, with a preference for over one year in a high-volume, phone-based environment and experience in transactional or loan sales.
  • The ability to attend on-site training at Achieve's Tempe office is also required.
