Acuity Hospital of South Texas Hires Tammy Holland as Chief Clinical Officer

Holland, who is a registered nurse and holds a certified emergency nurse (CEN) certification, is held in high regard within the medical community. She brings with her 18 years of clinical expertise.

Tammy's experience includes serving as a trauma nurse and clinical nurse educator for the emergency department, outpatient services, and the director of emergency services. She began her long career as a registered nurse, working in a burn unit.  

Holland received her bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Oklahoma. She is a member of the Emergency Nurses Association, the American Burn Association, the Texas Nurses Association, and the Texas Organization of Nurse Executives.
