Adameve.Com Asks "What's The One Thing You Would Change About Your Body If You Could?"

HILLSBOROUGH, N.C., July 29, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Adam & Eve and adameve.com, America's most trusted source for adult products, are back again this month with more results from their annual sex survey. This month, the sex-positive company asked more than 1000 adults what's the one thing about their body they would change if they could – and their answers might come as a surprise!

For females, 38% said they wanted to be thinner, followed by 22% with bigger breasts, 15% with smaller breasts, and 4% wanted a bigger butt. Another 21% said they wouldn't change a thing because they were perfect the way they were!

For males, 38% said they'd like a bigger penis, while 16% said they would like a bigger butt, 15% said they'd like to be thinner and 11% said they wanted a smaller butt. Another 20% said they felt they were perfect as is.

"While most people would change something about themselves if given the opportunity, I'm happy to see a large number of adults are happy the way they are," says Dr. Jenni Skyler, PhD, LMFT, C-PST, and resident sexologist at Adam & Eve. "We need to remember that we are all works in progress striving for self-acceptance."
