ADEC Innovations Named as the ZDHC Foundation Technology Partner
Joint Effort to Provide Underlying Technology and Data Management Solutions to Facilitate Chemical Conformance for Textile and Footwear Manufacturers
SHANGHAI, Nov. 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- ADEC Innovations (ADEC), a pioneer in environmental, social and governance (ESG) solutions that create positive social and environmental impacts, today announced that it has been named the preferred, strategic technology and data management partner of the ZDHC Foundation (ZDHC), a not-for-profit that oversees the management of the ZDHC Programme, which is a collaboration of organizations working to eliminate hazardous chemicals from the supply chain.
One of the initial solutions jointly designed and fully developed and managed by ADEC is the ZDHC Chemical Gateway, a centralized product information database that helps chemical producers, brands and textile and footwear suppliers make better sourcing decisions. The first-of-its-kind resource is being built as part of the long-term strategic technology partnership between the ZDHC and ADEC.
