Admirals Bank will offer eligible New Englanders three lending options featuring discounted rates to fund repairs for unexpected roof damage caused by this winter's record snowfall and to help homeowners get ready for spring. Homeowners in the New England area will have access to GAF's network of independent, highly-trained, local Master Elite® and Certified™ Contractors.
Details of the loan options are as follows:
- 12-month no payment (same-as-cash) options, with standard rates after the same-as-cash period ends, for borrowers seeking to float insurance claims
- Discounts on, and in some cases the removal of, certain fees associated with the Admirals Bank FastTrack lending program
- A 50% reduction in customer origination fees for the FHA Title I loan program
