Adolfson & Peterson Inc. Announces Brian Ferraioli Elected to Board of Directors

MINNEAPOLIS, Aug. 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Adolfson & Peterson Inc. (A&P) is pleased to announce the election of Brian Ferraioli to its board of directors and the re-election of William Bradford to another term.  Mr. Ferraioli fills the open board seat vacated by William (Bill) Sharpe who completed his term in June of 2013.

Mr. Ferraioli is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Shaw Group Inc., a leading global engineering and construction firm serving the energy and chemicals industries among other sectors.  In February 2013, Shaw was acquired by CB&I, a global energy infrastructure company.  While at Shaw, Mr. Ferraioli was responsible for all traditional financial functions, mergers and acquisitions, information technology, investor and public relations, internal audit, and facilities management. 

Mr. Bradford, President & Chief Executive Officer at United Communications, is an incumbent director and was elected to a second term.  United Communications provides fiber-optic telecommunications services to 12,000 residential and business customers in Tennessee.  Mr. Bradford has extensive expertise in operations, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.

Prior to joining Shaw in 2007, Mr. Ferraioli was Vice President and Controller for Foster Wheeler, AG, where he was responsible for worldwide financial reporting and internal control functions, and also held several other financial leadership positions at the company. Mr. Ferraioli holds an MBA from Columbia University and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University.  He also serves on the board of directors of The Babcock & Wilcox Company (NYSE:BWC) headquartered in Charlotte, NC.
