Advocate Networks Names Paul Shiman Chief Marketing Officer

ATLANTA, Jan. 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Advocate Networks, LLC, an Atlanta-based management consulting company focused on global communications, data center services and infrastructure, today announced the appointment of Paul Shiman to the position of chief marketing officer.

Since 2001, Advocate Networks has expanded its consulting and telecom managed services business in response to growth in global communications and the increased complexity of data center solutions.

Prior to joining Advocate Networks Shiman was vice president of Marketing and Strategic Alliances for Stratix Corporation, a leading mobile systems integrator. Shiman has held other key sales and marketing roles with SiriusDecisions, Netkey (an NCR company), and Motorola Solutions (formerly Symbol Technologies).
