AES Announces Resignation of Jeffrey Ubben from its Board of Directors

ARLINGTON, Va., March 1, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- The AES Corporation (NYSE: AES) today announced that Jeffrey Ubben has resigned from its Board of Directors.  Ubben has been a Director on AES' Board since January 2018.
