Mr. Vondrasek served as Senior Vice President and Commercial Services Officer at Starwood Hotels and Resorts, prior to its merger with Marriott. He joined Starwood in 2001, and was responsible for the Starwood sales organization and revenue management globally, including its leading loyalty programs.

At Starwood, Mr. Vondrasek led an organization of more than 7,500 associates around the globe and he was responsible for the Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG) loyalty program, 10 customer contact centers, mobile applications, digital initiatives, business-to-business sales strategy, revenue management and sales. During his 15 year tenure at Starwood, Mr. Vondrasek spearheaded many of the company's most successful loyalty initiatives as well as overseeing Starwood's strategic marketing partnerships.
