
WASHINGTON, June 21, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers President Charles T. Drevna applauded action today by members of the U.S. House of Representatives to pass the Domestic Energy and Jobs Act (H.R. 4480).

This legislation, which passed with a bi-partisan vote of 248 - 163, will require an analysis of the cumulative costs and benefits of the multiple and in many cases conflicting regulations faced by refiners and allows them the opportunity to remain competitive in a global marketplace and produce the fuel that keeps America moving. Drevna said:
