After 20 Years in Craig Ranch, Local Couple Is Bringing a Whole New Pilates Experience to McKinney

Alex and Naomi Calle are opening Pilates Addiction in the community they've called home for nearly two decades, bringing a high-energy approach to Pilates to Craig Ranch.

MCKINNEY, Texas, Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- For nearly 20 years, Alex and Naomi Calle have watched Craig Ranch grow while raising their family and building their lives in the McKinney community. Now, they're becoming part of its next chapter with the opening of Pilates Addiction, a high-energy boutique fitness concept bringing a new approach to Pilates to the neighborhood they call home.

The studio marks a new venture for the Calles, whose careers have spanned executive leadership, technology, business operations and strategy. Backed by Pilates Addiction's training, systems and ongoing support, they saw an opportunity to apply that expertise to a business of their own while bringing something different to a community they know firsthand.

"As people who have lived and raised our family here for nearly 20 years, we wanted to bring something truly different to Craig Ranch," said Naomi Calle, franchise owner. "We wanted to create a Pilates experience for people who have outgrown the basics, but also for people who have never thought Pilates was for them. That's Pilates Addiction."

Pilates Addiction builds on traditional Pilates principles while incorporating strength, conditioning, mobility and athletic intensity into a high-energy, full-body workout. Its 50-minute classes are designed to challenge experienced members while remaining approachable for first-timers.

At the center of the workout is the brand's patented Aurum™ Reformer, exclusive to Pilates Addiction, which combines a reformer, jump board, ballet barre and Wunda Chair into one full-body training system. Classes are led by certified Pilates Educators, with formats ranging from strength and conditioning to mobility and recovery.

For the Calles, the goal is to create more than another place to work out. They want the studio to reflect the community they've watched evolve around them and create a space where people can challenge themselves while still feeling connected.

"We've watched this community evolve for nearly two decades," said Alex Calle. "We wanted to create a place that feels like Craig Ranch: active, welcoming, and connected, but also gives people a reason to challenge themselves in a completely new way."

Pilates Addiction McKinney – Craig Ranch will feature the brand's signature modern studio environment, premium equipment, curated lighting and energetic group-class atmosphere. The Calles envision it as a place where experienced Pilates enthusiasts can find their next challenge, newcomers can discover a different side of Pilates and neighbors can connect through movement.

Founding Memberships are now available, giving local residents access to exclusive pre-opening rates and priority class access ahead of the studio's opening.
