Co-owners Lacey and Russell Williams bring high-energy classes and a black-and-gold studio to the community this winter.

The new studio, located at 10300 Louetta Road, Ste. 100, will bring the brand's patented, gold-plated Aurum™ Reformers, high-energy classes and signature black-and-gold studio experience to the Spring community.

Led by local co-owners Lacey and Russell Williams, the new studio is designed to feel different from the moment members walk through the door – from striking rows of gold equipment to wood and metallic design elements, modern lighting schemes that inspire and support the workout, and curated retail.

For Lacey, opening the studio also brings together a longtime passion for fitness and a personal connection to Pilates. A former track athlete, she spent several years as a personal trainer at Equinox in River Oaks, specializing in pre- and postnatal clients. She discovered Pilates while pregnant with her first son and was drawn to the ability to get a challenging, full-body workout that was still low impact. Years later, a visit to Pilates Addiction's West Hollywood studio introduced Lacey and Russell to the brand they would ultimately bring home to their own community.

"People here already have access to great fitness, so we knew we couldn't just open another Pilates studio and expect that to be enough," said Lacey Williams, co-owner of Pilates Addiction Vintage Park. At the center of that experience are class formats that are expertly taught and designed for all fitness and Pilates levels. The proprietary Aurum Reformer combines a reformer, jump board, barre and Wunda Chair into one, allowing members to move through a full-body workout without rotating between stations or breaking the flow of class. With four pieces of equipment built into a single machine, clients have more ways to challenge strength, control, endurance and mobility, using all components in every class.

Both Texas A&M University alumni, Lacey and Russell live near Vintage Park with their two young sons, Luca and Cam. The family already spends time throughout the area, from supporting local businesses to date nights at neighborhood restaurants, making Vintage Park a natural choice for their first studio.

Educators trained in anatomy and biomechanics through the Pilates Addiction Movement Academy lead four signature formats: Ignite, a 30-minute introduction to the Aurum Reformer; Core+, a 50-minute high-intensity class; Max, a 50-minute advanced workout; and Mobility RX, a 50-minute stretching-focused class. A membership milestone program celebrates consistency and progress along the way.
