As Age Safe America enters its second decade, the organization is charting a bold new course under the leadership of CEO Dan Davenport, a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience building and scaling mission-driven organizations. Davenport co-founded RiseSmart, a career transition and coaching company acquired by Randstad, a Global Fortune 500 leader in HR services, where he continued to expand the business into a global leader serving 90+ countries. He later launched Sprye, an innovative senior support company combining personalized concierge services with technology to help older adults with independence and longevity.
