AgencyEA Makes It List and is Home to BizBash's Designer of the Year

CHICAGO, Sept. 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- AgencyEA, a Chicago-based experiential marketing agency, was recently named one of the top 100 event agencies on Event Marketer's annual Agency It List. Noting EA's impressive work with The Boeing Company and The Oprah Winfrey Show, the magazine recognized the agency's strengths in global event programs, internal employee events and launch events.

Each year, Event Marketer releases their list of the 100 greatest event agencies selected by the magazine's editorial team. This is EA's first year on the It List, which appears in the August issue of the magazine.

EA received additional industry honors last month at the BizBash Chicago Expo, this time for its organization of the Sears' Chef Challenge and Flash Mob. EA took home an Event Style award for Best PR Stunt/Guerilla Marketing Campaign after producing and directing an attention-generating flash mob dance and drum performance at Chicago's Navy Pier.

The Expo also featured the first annual BizBash Readers' Choice awards, which named EA's Rick Cosgrove the Event Designer of the Year. The awards were determined by a four-week voting period that generated nearly 45,000 online votes.

These honors follow four prestigious industry awards EA received earlier this summer from Event Marketer and Event Design magazines as well as the Business Marketing Association.
