Security is the top priority 

Utilities work with sensitive data related to critical infrastructure. Protecting that data is top priority at all times. Data is neither transmitted to commercial AI providers nor used to train them. Two key principles ensure the additional security of the IGP Agents: 

• Human-in-the-loop: IGP Agents can suggest analyses, studies, or actions, but cannot execute anything without explicit approval.
  
  
• Data minimization by design: Regardless of user permissions, personal data is removed or anonymized before being transferred to the language model, while technical grid data is retained. 

Furthermore, the language model only has limited, read-only access in the background. Maps and charts are displayed locally, with no data stored. 

Timeline: Testing phase is already underway; market launch is planned for early 2027 

The IGP Agents are currently in the testing phase with several utilities. Based on customer feedback, they are being further developed in a targeted manner. The market launch is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027.
