NOTICE

If you purchased AIMSI Technologies Inc. ("AIMSI") common stock between July 1, 2004 and December 14, 2004, inclusive ("the Recovery Period") and suffered a Recognized Loss per the Plan of Allocation, you may be entitled to receive a monetary payment from the AIMSI Fair Fund.

The Fair Fund was established by the Court to distribute approximately $1.2 million in disgorgement, prejudgment interest and civil monetary penalties paid by AIMSI and several other defendants and relief defendants in settlement of SEC v. AIMSI Technologies Inc., et al., (05-CV-04724). The Court has appointed Analytics LLC as the Distribution Agent to administer the distribution to AIMSI investors who qualify under the Distribution Plan and Plan of Allocation.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR COMPENSATION?

If you purchased AIMSI common stock ("Eligible Securities") during the Recovery Period on the Eligible Purchase Dates and suffered a Recognized Loss per the Plan of Allocation of at least $10.00, you may be entitled to receive payment from the AIMSI Fair Fund. The Eligible Purchase Dates are between July 1, 2004 and December 14, 2004.

Whether you will have a Recognized Loss for which you will be compensated depends on a number of factors, which are detailed in the Plan of Allocation section of the Distribution Plan. You should read the Plan of Allocation in the Distribution Plan in its entirety before filing a claim. A final determination of whether you will receive a Distribution Payment, and the amount, will be made by the Court-appointed Distribution Agent.

CLAIM FILING DEADLINE

HOW TO OBTAIN COMPENSATION

Instructions for Obtaining and Filing a Proof of Claim Form: In order to be eligible for a recovery, you must submit a completed claim form on or before the claims deadline. You may download and print the Proof of Claim form from the website at http://www.AIMSITechnologiesDistributionFund.com, under the Court Documents tab, or request that Analytics, the Distribution Agent, mail you a Proof of Claim form by sending an email to [email protected] or by calling Analytics toll free at 866-562-5857 to request a claim form.
