From May 7 through July 15, 907 IrriSense 2 users worldwide collectively saved 3,103,150 gallons of water—as recorded through the Aiper app.

Germany led the initiative, with 368 participants saving 1,226,519 gallons. The United States followed with 248 participants and 673,874 gallons saved, while 69 participants in France saved 310,318 gallons. Together, the three markets represented more than three-quarters of all participants and 71% of total recorded savings.

IrriSense 2 is designed to help homeowners reduce water use by up to 40% while maintaining healthy lawns and gardens. Four connected capabilities help turn that promise into everyday action:

Users describe installation and app pairing as straightforward, while customizable area and line mapping, multi-zone plans and tailored schedules are particularly useful for irregularly shaped yards and complex gardens. They also point to weather sensing, rain detection and targeted watering with even distribution as helpful in avoiding unnecessary watering while keeping lawns and plants healthy.

Remote access is another feature users frequently mention. They value being able to adjust schedules and receive end-of-cycle notifications. Two members of Aiper's official Facebook group shared specific examples: one reported updating a watering plan from an airplane at 38,000 feet, while another purchased a second unit to cover an additional part of the yard after a positive experience with both the product and customer service.
