AIxC's RoboShare Secures New Short- and Long-Term Orders, Plans to Build North America's Largest and Most Diverse Robot-Sharing Platform

Initial pool of more than 80 robots is expected to support operations as the company develops a multi-brand marketplace beginning with Faraday Future.

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- AIxCrypto Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: AIXC) today announced that RoboShare, its robot-sharing marketplace operated through its subsidiary, has secured additional short-term and longer-term service orders following its first paid commercial order. An initial pool of more than 80 robots will provide the starting supply for the company's 90-day plan to evaluate demand, utilization, service delivery, and unit economics through real customer orders.

Since announcing our strategic transformation, we have seen a significant increase in interest from new robot owners and potential lease customers in RoboShare. Building on the momentum of our first paid commercial order, we have already secured our second and third commercial engagements.

AIxC has shifted its business focus to Physical AI and robotics, with RoboShare serving as its core operating business. The platform connects robot manufacturers and asset owners with customers, coordinating booking, pricing, scheduling, payment, and service delivery. The Company intends to expand the platform over time to include a broader set of participants, from robotic operators and maintenance providers to logistics partners and application developers.

As the platform develops, the Company plans that robot owners to receive equipment-use fees, while operators, transportation providers, and other vendors receive fees for their respective services. AIxC expects to generate revenue primarily through platform fees and directly provided services, including project coordination, content design, and customer operating support. Marketplace transaction volume will be reported separately from AIxC's recognized fee and service revenue.

FF is AIxC's majority stockholder and is intended to be RoboShare's first strategic partner. Beginning with FF, RoboShare plans to deploy robots across an increasing range of customer environments. The platform is expected to allow participating robotics partners to receive aggregated technical performance information about their equipment deployed through RoboShare - including task performance, operator intervention, maintenance requirements, and customer needs—to support product improvement. As operating capabilities are validated, RoboShare intends to expand its marketplace to additional robot brands and asset owners.

The company's longer-term "Robot Second Life" framework extends beyond sharing and rental to include capability and skills improvement, authorized data partnerships, and pre-owned robot circulation.

Testing Short-Term and Recurring Demand

RoboShare's new orders allow the company to test both project-based and recurring demand. Short-term projects will help evaluate scheduling, transportation, deployment, and on-site execution, while longer-term services will test recurring revenue, robot utilization, staffing requirements, and customer retention.

As order volume grows, AIxC plans to develop repeatable industry solutions, recurring account management, rent-to-own referrals, and pre-owned robot services.

RoboShare is also designed to expand supply without requiring AIxC to purchase and hold every robot on its platform. Robots owned by FF users, customers, and other verified asset owners can be onboarded and made available for rental. This asset-light marketplace model is intended to allow RoboShare to expand available supply, brands, robot categories, and geographic coverage alongside customer demand.

AIxC defines its strategic ambition in measurable terms: scale will be measured by the number of robots actually available for rental, while diversity will be measured by the number of brands, models, and robot categories represented on the platform.

90-Day Commercial Evaluation Plan

Over the next 90 days, RoboShare will focus on three priorities:

• Fulfilling new short- and long-term orders using existing robot supply;
• Developing repeatable service packages for events, education, security, and commercial applications while expanding verified rentable supply; and
• Using completed orders to evaluate revenue, costs, utilization, repeat business, and fulfillment performance.

AIxC intends to evaluate progress using eight key operating measures:

1. Paid orders: Customer orders successfully delivered and paid.

2. Actual rentable robot supply: Robots with verified ownership, pricing, and availability, tracked by brand, model, and category.

3. Longer-term service customers: Business customers with signed recurring agreements, defined service periods, and revenue arrangements.

4. Robot utilization: Rented robot-days as a percentage of actual rentable robot-days.

5. Customer repeat rate: The percentage of eligible customers placing an additional paid order.

6. Marketplace and service revenue: Transaction volume, platform commissions, direct service revenue, and cash collected, reported separately.

7. Order economics: Revenue, direct costs, gross profit, contribution profit by order, and overall gross margin.

8. Fulfillment quality: On-time completion, customer feedback, complaints, major safety incidents, and after-sales resolution time.

Through this 90-day commercial validation period, AIxC intends to establish measurable evidence of customer demand, supply growth, utilization, repeat business, and order economics as it works to scale RoboShare into a multi-brand robotics operations marketplace.

Expanding the RoboShare Partner Ecosystem

AIxC is actively expanding RoboShare's upstream partner network. The Company is in discussions with a number of interested robot manufacturers and owners about joining the platform, and welcomes additional partners to join the RoboShare ecosystem.
