After the astounding success of last year's inaugural summit, AK Tweens will be hosting the 2nd Annual AllyKatzz Tween Summit in New York City on October 10, 2010. More than two hundred tween girls from across the country will gather at the Altman Building to attend the one-of-a-kind event followed by a celebrity-studded concert at NYU Skirball Center.

The winner of the Cool and Confident Girl will be awarded a VIP trip to the Tween Summit with her "BFF."  The contest winner will also serve as the official Dove go fresh tween Ambassador during the summit, sharing her experience through her very own blog posts on AllyKatzz.com.

To enter the contest, girls between the ages of 8-12 must submit an essay (250 words or less) describing how she stays positive and confident through the challenging tween years. Judging will be based on originality, creativity and inspirational quality of the entry as well as the entrant's engagement in activities that promote confidence.
