The avatar was trained using AWS-approved language models and enriched with custom context—including information about AWS offerings, event programming, and 5G capabilities—enabling it to answer attendee questions with the precision and nuance of a trained employee.

From booth visitors asking about AWS's telecom innovations to exploring partner integrations, the avatar responded in real time, adapting its tone, expression, and gestures to create natural, human-like interactions. The experience, hosted entirely on AWS, demonstrated how Akool avatars can become on-demand experts for brands, events, and customer support.
