Eligible candidates submitted detailed case studies outlining their leadership approach, business results, transformation programs, digital achievements, sustainability initiatives, and strategies for developing high-performing teams.

The final ranking was determined through a combination of:

• 75% independent Jury evaluation
• 25% peer voting by a global network of more than 2,000 senior supply chain executives
