HOUSTON, Jan. 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Alder Koten, the consulting firm that helps shape and develop organizations, will host the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Director Professionalism®, a foundation course for aspiring or new corporate directors, in Mexico City on Sept. 4, 2014.

This one-day, custom program will be designed specifically for Latin American executives who wish to serve on public company boards in the United States or wish to gain a deeper understanding about corporate governance best practices, challenges and opportunities in the United States.
