Alexander's Achieves Latest ISO Quality Management Certification

This distinguished certification places Alexander's among the first American moving, storage and relocation companies to achieve this newest level of rigorous quality standards and practices.

In 1997, Alexander's Mobility Services became the first moving company in North America to certify their quality management system to ISO 9002 standards and eventually to ISO 9001:2008 standards. ISO 9001:2015 is the fifth edition of these international standards first published in 1987, which have become the global benchmark for providing assurance about the ability to satisfy quality requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.
In addition to these updated quality ISO standards, as an agent for Atlas Van Lines, Alexander's also adheres to the Atlas World Class Commitment program which is a program for Atlas agents who have shown extraordinary dedication to continuous improvement and service excellence over the period of one year.
