Alight names Michael Sigmund president of Health & Wealth Solutions
LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill., Sept. 25, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Alight Solutions, a leader in technology-enabled health, wealth HR and finance solutions, today announced that Michael Sigmund has joined the company as president, Health & Wealth Solutions.
Michael will be responsible for Alight's health, defined contribution, defined benefit, and consumer experience solutions. Leading 17,000 colleagues across sales, operations and customer service, Michael will focus on bringing together Alight's expertise and services across all areas of the business to help make work and life simpler for its clients and their people.

Michael joins Alight from Conduent, where he most recently served as the group president and general manager of the HR outsourcing and benefits administration business. Over the course of his career, Michael has held a variety of commercial and business leadership roles in the benefits administration and outsourcing industries spanning client relationship management, strategy, sales, marketing and IT. In addition, Michael has a background in defined contribution and retirement solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rowan University and a Master of Business Administration from Farleigh Dickinson University. He will be based in New Jersey and report to Chris Michalak, CEO, Alight Solutions.

Michael will take on the role previously held by Bryan Sansbury, who will be leaving the organization in the fourth quarter.
