All-Clad and T-fal Support Chefs Move to Schools Initiative

CANONSBURG, Pa., Oct. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Groupe SEB brands, All-Clad and T-fal, are pleased to announce their contribution to the Partnership for a Healthier America in support of the Chefs Move to Schools program, commencing at today's launch event in New York City. The program is a part of the Let's Move! campaign, started by First Lady Michelle Obama with the ambitious national goal of solving the challenge of childhood obesity within a generation so that children born today will reach adulthood at a healthy weight. Mrs. Obama is calling on chefs to share their expertise with local schools, and educate parents and school staff about the importance of food and nutrition. All-Clad and T-fal have donated cookware and kitchen appliances to help the chefs off to a great start.

The Partnership will award and distribute kits after selecting recipients among participating schools. The products will be delivered to those schools in a kit along with other cooking tools. All-Clad contributed three pieces of All-Clad Stainless Cookware and an All-Clad Portable Induction Burner, and T-fal donated its ActiFry kitchen appliance to be included in every chef kit.
