All Glass & Windows Completes a Significant Equity Investment from Cross Rapids Capital, as Prospect Partners Exits

SARASOTA, Fla., March 26, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- All Glass & Windows Holdings, Inc. ("All Glass & Windows" or the "Company") announced today that it has completed an equity recapitalization of the Company by an affiliate of Cross Rapids Capital LP ("Cross Rapids Capital"). Prospect Partners ("Prospect") has exited its investment, after initially recapitalizing the Company alongside management in September 2016.

Founded in 2009 by Mr. Christopher Harris and Mr. David Fleeman, All Glass & Windows is a value-added dealer and installer of impact-resistant window and door solutions for general contractors, builders and homeowners across Florida. The Company's product offering includes windows, doors and commercial storefront and curtain walls, and the Company offers consultative design services and full-service project management within the residential, commercial and industrial end-markets.
