Stanczak was honored at the IFA26 Advocacy Summit in Washington, D.C., Sept. 14-16, for being an outstanding franchise owner with excellence in entrepreneurship, community outreach, workforce development, and service to others. In 2025, he signed a three-unit franchise agreement with a territory spanning Jacksonville Beach to Crescent Beach. Stanczak has since become one of the brand's strongest advocates and a valuable resource for the franchise network.

His involvement with the Franchise Advisory Council reflects a commitment to strengthening the system for every owner. His consistently positive, all-in attitude has also made him a natural ambassador for the brand. Stanczak has used the brand as a platform to gather people, support locals and bring the welcoming energy of the islands to Florida's oldest city.
