AlloSource Donates To Burn Survivor Scholarship Fund

Begins a Ten-Year Partnership with the Phoenix Society

Through its relationships with burn centers across the country, AlloSource understands that burn survivors have a challenging time returning to the quality of life they previously maintained.  The Phoenix Society for Burn Survivors helps them do exactly that.  For more than 35 years, the Phoenix Society has worked with survivors, families, healthcare professionals and the fire industry to support recovery from burns, improve the quality of burn care and prevent burn injuries.  The Phoenix Society is the only national non-profit organization helping burn survivors meet their challenges with community support and the tools they need.

The AlloSource financial gift will be donated over 10 years and used by the Phoenix Society for its Phoenix Educational Grant Program – the first and only national scholarship program created for burn survivor students.  The Phoenix Society, which empowers survivors to reach their full potential, has awarded 88 educational grants since the program began in 2002.
