Altman Companies Chairman and CEO Joel L. Altman Inducted Into H. Wayne Huizenga Business School's Entrepreneur Hall of Fame
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., May 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Joel L. Altman, Chairman and CEO of The Altman Companies, a national leader in the development of exceptional quality rental communities, has been inducted into the Nova Southeastern University H. Wayne Huizenga Business School's Entrepreneur Hall of Fame.
Along with George Feldenkreis, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Perry Ellis International and Philip P. Smith, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Phil Smith Management, Inc., Altman joins a distinguished list of previous recipients, including H. Wayne Huizenga, founder of Waste Management, Blockbuster Entertainment and AutoNation as well as past owner of several South Florida sports franchises, including the Miami Dolphins and Florida Marlins.
More than 500 guests gathered at the Signature Grand in Davie, Florida on April 18th to honor the Huizenga Business School's 2012 Entrepreneur Hall of Fame inductees.
