RICHMOND, Va., Oct. 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- In honor of Adopt a Shelter Dog Month, Always Best Care of Richmond, in partnership with Brookdale Gayton Terrace and Richmond SPCA, will host a free pet adoption event for local seniors from 1-4 p.m. (EDT) on Thursday, Oct. 26, at Richmond SPCA, located at 2519 Hermitage Road. The senior care agency plans to cover 10 qualifying adoption fees for pets adopted by seniors 65 and older during this time. Brookdale Gayton Terrace will match Always Best Care by sponsoring 10 additional adoptions.
