For the past eight years, she has successfully run her own agency, conducting assessments and follow-up visits for individuals with physical and mental disabilities.

Balian's sister will also play a key role in the agency's operations as the office operations manager, ensuring the business runs smoothly and that clients and families receive the highest level of support.
