Amadeus partners to deliver wide array of expense management tools for corporate travel

Amadeus has partnered with leading providers DATABASICS, Expensify, Certify, and Chrome River to bring more capabilities and efficiencies in the delivery of corporate travel end-to-end booking, expense reporting and management to Amadeus customers.

• Seamless integration: Itinerary and booked pricing information is seamlessly integrated into the expense system, where it is matched with credit card and receipt information. Not only will that minimize data entry by the traveler, but it will provide management with enhanced data for reporting and benchmarking, including "booked versus actual" analysis.
• Better analytics: TMCs and corporations will be able to better analyze both past and future travel spend, vendor performance, budget adherence and out of policy travel spend, as well as many other analytics. This pre-trip information can be used effectively by the TMC and corporations to reduce costs and facilitate vendor negotiations.
• More capabilities: The integration of the expense application delivers more expense management capabilities to corporations. Single sign on, profile synchronization, and most importantly, trip details and expenses, can be automatically populated into a traveler's expense report at the time of booking and not solely at the time the expense is incurred.
